Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Shades Electrolysis Spa has a $50 minimum cancellation fee, 50% for services over $50. If you are unable to make your appointment kindly notify Shades at 571.260.7700 or shades.spa.llc@gmail.com at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time to reschedule or cancel and avoid the cancellation fee.
